As part of a new project, you will work closely with the Managing Director to help launch our new telecom projects to new & existing customers. You will be expected to interact with customers on the phone and face to face, deliver phone, web & classroom based training, manage some of the social media aspects of the business and help the business hit its performance KPI targets.
There may also be an element of national and international travel involved in the role. IT Literacy is essential. You must have a friendly and outgoing personality and highly motivated to succeed in this career.
Working hours are 9am-5pm Mon-Fri but you will also be required to work occasional evenings (from home) and attend some weekend training based events.
We are looking for graduate level candidates with some sales or business experience. This can include internal account management, BDM, direct sales, telesales or call centre experience. We also welcome applications from graduates who have no experience but are passionate and motivated to succeed. Telecoms experience is not essential.
