Xylen is an innovative telecoms consultancy based in Central Birmingham. Due to business expansion on a new global project, we are now looking to hire multiple business administrators to help support our growth.
You will conduct market research, analyse business cases and assess profitability, use project management software and work within a team to ensure we hit our KPIs. IT Literacy is essential. You must have a friendly and outgoing personality and highly motivated to succeed in this career.
Hours are varied. We offer 2 shifts: 8.30am to 1.30pm OR 1.30pm to 6.30pm
We are looking for candidates with some business and IT experience. Telecoms experience is not essential. Full training will be provided.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with international partners
Develop and direct sales efforts to attract new clients and sign new agreements
Present our services/existing projects to MNOs to grow our global footprint
Assist the company’s other departments in case of appropriate issue.
Analyse, determine and meet market needs
Liaise with NOC and technical departments to establish interconnects
Excellent communication skills
Work experience in telecoms carrier relations

Good analytical skills
Salary: $60,000 OTE
